So it is good then? I heard they weren't all they were cracked up to be. My

upright vax is dying and I swear it puts down more than it sucks up so could

do with some new hoover recommendations.....

I agree that they are brilliant. Sweep wooden floors as well as

carpets, do the stairs from the top to the bottom with the Dyson on

the bottom. I was also amazed at the amount of dirt it picked up

after I had hoovered the day before I got it.

Mine is an upright one but my friend has just bought herself a " non-

upright one " (if that makes sense) and she is equally as thrilled

with hers.

I use mine on my floor boards - it works fine. I usually dyson down

stairs (on the floor boards) once a month or more if it is needed,

and it gets all the bits up that the mop leaves behind.
