Rapid heartbeat and axiety! Help!

I have rapid heartbeat all day! I do not know what is happening to me!

I have lost five kg in the past months. I am now 51 kg, 164 cm high. I

am on the SCD, I do not think it is the food that makes me like this.

Is it the adrenals? I do not take any supplement now, I seem to react

to everything. I take some magnesium and calcium to try to calm. And

Gaba, but even that makes my heart race. Of course I get anxiety of it

all. Living in Norway, I cant get so much help. I have tried Isocort

before, but I reacted to that also. Got stressed out from it, yes it

is ironic! I have tried HC.cream before, but I got a heavy pressure

over my chest from it. And had to stop it. My Thyroid test was in the

normal range, but low. I asked my doctor for a new test now, but she

would not to it since it is not so long ago I did last test.

Livene, really scared...
