Look at the bottle and see how much silymarin is in the caps. For example, mine says the caps are 80% silymarin. Then calculate the amount of silymarin, not the total weight of the cap. A little extra shouldn't hurt. > I have just started chelating today and i want to get my doses correct, > and as i mentioned in my other post it looks like i may have been > taking to much vit E. > i have had some stomach pain for the last few months and wondered if it > could have been caused by too much of all these supps i have mentioned If your stomach pain is ok at the moment, continue with the round that you have planned. Then, stop the supplements and reintroduce one at a time, noting any difference when adding any. Start with the basics - vit C, vit E, Mg, Zn. Some people are sensitive to some supplements. Sometimes people are sensitive to the additives. > Thankyou Dudley. >
