Guest guest
I'm finding forskolin very helpful. (It increases the " second messenger " , cyclic AMP, used by many hormones and neurotransmitters -- that's all I know). I don't have access to adrenal or thyroid prescriptions (although I do have a growth hormone prescription, which is very helpful). I've been taking coleus forskohlii by Enzymatic Therapy according to the bottle recommendations (2 per day) but on page 152 Andy recommends 80 mg, and my capsules contain only 9 mg forskolin -- so I'm thrilled to be able to increase the dose of this magic herb.
