Can anyone give me some advice or share their

experiences in dealing with medical expenses if they

are covered by a Medicare Supplemental Insurance

( " Medigap " ) either plans A-J? What about the new

Medicare Prescription Drug Plans?

My dad has stage 4 colon cancer -- of course, like

most of you, his prescription drug bills and

treatments are sky high. Right now, he has health

insurance through his employer and it is fabulous.

However, he will be on Medicare starting Dec 1 because

he will be 65. I seleted Blue Cross of California's

Plan F as his Medigap insurance to supplement his

Medicare coverage. We have not selected a

prescription drug plan yet.

Any advice or thoughts from this group would be very

helpful.
