He told me to keep our NAC dosage within 100-200 mgs per day for a 4 year old, don't know if adults could go higher. There was some such nonsense from the dans! awhile back saying don't use NAC but they are so often mistaken about things you can almost do the exact opposite of what they say 100% of the time.
