Guest guest
Helen - first you have to know if it's real. Do you have disordered minerals or not? Do you show an all high pattern or not? The aluminum is likely real, unless you have disordered minerals and a all high pattern, then it's iffy. In any case, you can avoid sources. Andy lists them as: processed cheese, aluminum baking powder, aluminum cookware, aluminum containing antacids, and also antiperspirants (which often contain aluminum salts). The uranium, if real, could be a matter of where you live, or it could be an indication that your iron is low. Test your _ferritin_ levels (should be in the 30-70 range). Be aware that the body sometimes lowers iron to decrease oxidative damage, so that taking iron supplements may not be the right thing to do, even if ferritin is low. Better is to take the acid form of vitamin C at meals, consume dark leafy greens and the drippings from red meat.
