Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am having a problem and I hope that someone can give me some advice. Over a month ago, before I went on vacation my pulmo doc wanted to put me on Imuran. He did lab work to see if I could tolerate it. When I got back I called and was asked if I was sure that I had had it done because they didn't have the results. I guess they think that I am just an old woman who doesn't know what she is doing. I had a bill for the work. I wasn't supposed to be chartged but I guess God knew that I would need proof. I gave him the date I had the tests and the reference number. It took about three days of them saying they would call and not doing it before they founds the results. After that the assistant said that he would put it on the doctors desk and he would call me back. That was 3 days ago. I waited all day the next day and he didn't call. Today was his last day working there so I called yesterday and both he and his assistant were gone for the day. They said that he would call me today. He didn't call and nobody from the office called. So now I don't have a pulmo doc and I don't know if I should be taking Imuran. I have looked in all of my phone books and Spokane is the only place where they have any. The head doctor in the office where I have been going is a sleep specialist. I doubt if any of them know anything except what I have looked up on the net. I think that is where they get their information. I'm assuming that the other office is the one where Sunny was treated so badly. Does anyone know how to find a doctor? One that knows about PF. I was waiting to hear what he wanted to do about the Imuran before I called UWMC. I guess now I can call them but I have to have a doctor closer that 350 or so miles away.
