Guest guest
ALA is getting me really frustrated. It is now about 18 months since I had my last filling removed, and I have been trough about 40 rounds of (mostly) DMSA. Haven't managed to raise the dosage to more than 33 mg (every 3. hour) due to GI problems. Had to stop for a couple of months this summer to fight yeast. This helped. So, 4 weeks ago I desiced to try ALA again. Have tried several times earlier, and it has always made me feel so much worse that I have either stopped the ALA mid-round and continued with DMSA only, and/or done several rounds of DMSA before I have dared to try ALA again. My last try with ALA is more than 6 months ago. This time I felt ok (a bit more fategued) during round and the first week after. Then things started going downhill, and I have been struggeling since. More fategued, more visionary problems, brain fog (which hasn't really been a problem before), the ringing in the ears is back, dizziness, nausea, burning muscles etc. Feels like I'm moving Hg into the brain / CNS.... Will I still have to do alot more rounds of DMSA ? Eager to get started with ALA and can use all the advise I can get on how to handle this. I'm taking most of the supplements listed in AI. I'm not doing anything for my adrenals; saliva test 'ok'. - Kyrre
