I think had Glenn had a PET or CT sooner (even before the first round of treatment was finished) they would have found the liver mets sooner, which may or may not have changed the way things have gone for Glenn. In fact, why don't they PET or CT for mets when they find a huge colon tumor??? Or any colon tumor, for that matter?? Hindsight....
