Guest guest
Signs of ovulation can be: * mucus changes to consistency of egg white (you can stretch it between two fingers and it doeusn't break - means most receptive to sperm) and becomes more copious * temperature goes up very slightly from your norm - you need to be aware of the day to day norm and only accurate way to test it is to take temp every day *before* you get up and *before* you drink/eat anything and chart it. Then you'll notice it goes up maybe half a degree at ovulation and stays up until the end of the month when it comes down again with period. You can buy fertility thermometers from most chemists. They just have a more accurate range over the roughly normal spectrum of temps. * may get various pains in pelvic region- either dull ache or a quite strong pain. Some people notice the ache on different sides each month, not necessarily alternating but often. *might get different sensation in nipples *might feel very much more sexy * might feel more grouchy even! If very regular cycle, you can look for the signs 14 days before your expected period. HTH Caro (also hope it's accurate, but it's what I remember from the Billings method)
