Guest guest
I would like to share my experience in coffee enema. I have been doing coffee enema for half a year everyday before I discovered I have chronic mercury poisoning. Whenever I did a coffee enema, I felt great instantly. Depression and brain fog were lifted and I felt 'high'. But in the next day, I felt tired and got emotional instability ( anger, anxious and depressed ). I of course didn't discover this relationship until I read Andy's book and understood the relationship of sulfur food and emotion problem. Before knowing that, I was puzzled why my emotion jumped up and down a lot. I think.. if your liver is full of mercury, using coffee enema is just like eating sulphur food.. it will cause redistribution of mercury After I discovered that and stopped coffee enema, my emotional instability was gone. > > > >> Are coffee enemas ok to use while you are chelating? > > I've generally found enemas helpful on occasion. > Coffee enemas can be helpful, but you need to use good filter coffee (not > for the taste:-) > There is also a lot of caffeine that will get absorbed, so people with > adrenals problems can react poorly to them. > > Why would you do them? > Are you constipated? > > DeanSA >
