Guest guest
I started at 6mg and stayed there for 10 rounds. At round 6 I tried 8mg and felt it was too much. While chelating at 6mg I very few symptoms and they were very mild. When they went away I bumped up to 8mg for rounds 11 and 12, which have gone pretty well. Some people on this board have taken really high doses and been unable to chelate thereafter. My impression is that it is really important to start at very low doses (as low as necessary to avoid most or all side effects) and then go very carefully from there. I think there is a lot to be said for " Frequent LOW DOSE Chelation " . If you haven't checked IgG food allergies, that would be a good idea. That was a big factor in chelation tolerance for myself and some others. --- scwflanders955 wrote: > This is killing me.
