I just wanted to make a special invitation to to stay with us

here at the chelation group. Soo many of us have mercury metal in our

brain and it's very frustrating. And then we put things into words,

can't take them back, and it's easy to over-state and then get

defensive and, before you know it, we've really dug a hole for

ourselves. I know this from first hand experience :-)

Part of the function of this group, as I see it, is to support each

other in this rather long and complicated journey. We're in for the

long haul!

It helps if we try to take what each other says with a grain of salt,

always give the other the benefit of the doubt, and allow for space in

which to learn and grow. It's not a competition. Words have a way of

staying so stark on the paper when, in fact, we're all constant " works

in progress " . I hope you'll stay with us and I hope we can all

continue to help each other to get rid of this terrible toxic problem.
