>Thanks very much Dave. I will digest this this evening.

>One other question if I may be so bold :)

>One of the most aggravating symptoms has been joint/muscle/ligament/tendon

pain with popping and cracking noises constantly that started all of a sudden

after getting vaccinations last year containing thimerasol.

Ooph - don't you just want to kill these SOB's?

>I haven't found any way to alleviate it, although its severity comes and

goes. Can mercury interfere with collagen or cartilage production,

Ya, actually. It's not like I know a lot about this, but I know that sulfate

is used by the body to make collagen. There can be one of two problems here.

You could be low sulfate, in which case taking sulfate (epsom salts) and taking

epsom salt baths could help give you the sulfate you need to make the collagen.

The other possible problem is that you have enough sulfate, but the

biochemical step in processing the sulfate is blocked. In that case, Andy

suggests making bone broths and using that as the source of stuff you need for

the collagen.

>and if so is there anything to be done prior to amalgam removal and

chelation? July 10 is the earliest I can get the amalgam out.

Try that and let us know if it works. I'd be really interested to hear.

>Many thanks!
