And supplemental lithium?---------Jackie Yes, I actually discovered digestive enzymes on my own a few years ago, after an MD had me on acid-blockers (for " GERD " )for over a year, and I started reading about such things and decided to test whether I actually had too little stomach acid. I'm sure that's the case for MANY people. I haven't tried lithium yet, but am thinking about it. I tested low for vitamin D (now taking 5,000 units) and DHEA---my MD suggested 10 mg and I've been doing that but may increase it a little. Just don't want to grow a beard!
