Yes, I generally do believe in taking supplements (and doing other things like

exercising)

as anti-aging or life extension measures.

I personally take resveratrol, though without a lot of study on it yet. I take

it somewhat

based on preliminary study, somewhat based on a friend's recommendation who

follows

life extension science closely. I wouldn't want to make my own general

recommendation

at this point in time.

I am completely unfamiliar with rhodiola at present.
