Guest guest
Sue I don't know what to do. I've challenged the milk with lactose free with bad results. I think it's the milk and I just don't know what to do! There is so much with milk crackers, bread, cheese, pretzles. My husband was not supportive the first time and I know he's going to freak out. No pizza! I figured if I had a doctor tell me he might be a little more supportive. Have you ever used enzymes and what did you use? Guest guest
We never did the enzyme route. We just avoided milk itself, cheese that wasn't on pizza (or cooked) and 'raw' dairy. You could try giving her silk instead of milk. It's in the dairy case at the stores and it's very good as a milk substitute. See if she improves just be removing milk, cheese and yogurt from her diet. If you're using milk in something that will be cooked, it might be ok, just like letting her have pizza with cheese because it's cooked. These things worked for and also work for me. Then if she still has the same problems, add the enzymes. I think Penny uses enzymes for Jacqui. Sue
Guest guest
Thanks Sue. I've already got her off the milk we rotate between rice milk and the silk. one week with one one week with the other. She doesn't eat yogert so I guess it must be the cheese. He's already being a pill about it... oh it's just her cold. The silk does give a nice flavor to mashed potatoes LOL Thanks for the tip
