Guest guest Posted October 8, 2001 Report Share Posted October 8, 2001 I've been having horrible problems with my email. Yes, I know, it serves me right for using Outlook Express. Now I've acknowledged that, can anyone help ?? All the icons for the thing are still on my desktop. When I click on them, absolutely nothing happens. Here's what I've tried. Re-booting. No success. Re-installing. No success. Upgrading IE. No success. Reloading Freeserve. No success. It's almost as though the machine tries to open OE, comes across a fatal error early doors and gives up. Any ideas, anyone? At the moment, I've configured Netscape to be my mail client, but it's imperfect...I rather fear I've lost my address book, not to mention all my archived email though I guess they must be on file somewhere. I still have OE in my Programme Files folder, it still shows MSIMN.exe, but it doesn't seem to point anywhere. Help! Vicki Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
