Guest guest
Anyone any suggestions for easing these? My sister asked the following and I'd like to pass any ideas back, if people feel that it's not what the list's for then please say - >Our administrator is pregnant and is suffering really badly with headaches - the Dr's say that it is to do with the hormones but that doesn't make her feel any better! She really suffered with morning sickness but that has now passed. Do you (or any NCT contacts) have any suggestions as to make things a bit easier - I think that she is willing to try anything! TIA PS She is about 5 months< Liz Goudie

She would obviously need expert help with been pregnant but it would be worth a try. Trisha SAHM to 3 boys

My sister asked the following and If she is past the first trimester, try lavender Aromatherapy oil in a room vaporiser, but it has to be the real Suff. to work, not a synthetic substitute. lavender contains analgesic qualities and is very good or headache and labour pains (rubbed on).
