Subject: Pregnancy headaches

Anyone any suggestions for easing these? >>

Drink more! I have suffered in all my pregnancies with headaches which are

usually relieved by drinking anything I can get my hands on (non-alcoholic,

of course...) - I don't normally drink very much at all (lucky if manage a

pint or two per day and that includes tea/coffee/cereal milk etc) and find it

difficult in pregnancy to remember to 'up' my fluid intake. BTW the advice to

drink more came from my midwife 16 years ago!

That makes a lot of sense, Ann, as first and second time round I was

working full-time and people were always doing " coffee runs " and

getting me a half pint mug of water (I don't drink hot drinks). This

time round I am mainly a SAHM and I know that I don't drink enough.

Will try upping my fluid intake as am sure it will help.
