Guest guest
That makes a lot of sense, Ann, as first and second time round I was working full-time and people were always doing " coffee runs " and getting me a half pint mug of water (I don't drink hot drinks). This time round I am mainly a SAHM and I know that I don't drink enough. Will try upping my fluid intake as am sure it will help. Francesca Ann wrote > Drink more!
