I think my body automatically rejects these things, although my ears are ok. I was sad, becasue when my DH and me first got together 2 years ago, to prove our love, I got my belly button re-done, and he got his nipple done...different sort of eternity ring! He still has his, and I just have a scar!!
Guest guest
my ante-natal yoga teacher had one (along with a flaming sun-like tattoo) and she was due at about the same time I was. When her belly button inverted, it looked really funny, along with her tatto doing a supernova. I have only seen her a couple of times since we had our babies (she moved away) and haven't asked if she put it back in again.

Guest guest
I have a very badly done laparoscope's scar. and every time I see a new " medical " person they go. Ha a belly piercing gone wrong.. (and I can see why they think that it does look kind of like that) But I always have to say No one of your profession did that after a lap. So they have to look again and go Oh my that is badly done.. Funny thing is that I had a lap done before that one and one after and you can hardly see where the scar's are from those 2. but it always put me off having my belly pierced as I am worried what I will end up with if it did go wrong.. Lonnie Phoebe & Eloisa's mama & expecting a Christmas delivery... My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you start. So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake. I feel better already.
Guest guest
Oh Lonnie, me too!! I have 2 laparoscopy scars - one virtually in my belly button so you really have to know it's there to see it, and the other just below so it sticks out a mile (in my eyes, anyway!) I've often thought of having a piercing to hide it!! Vicki At 10:02 25/10/01, you wrote: >I have a very badly done laparoscope's scar. and every time I see a new > " medical " person they go.
