Teenagers/ Toddlers - who'd have 'em!

I think this is a great idea, although I do wonder whether we don't

set ourselves up for problems by groaning in advance with both the

'terrible twos' and 'terrible teenagers' despite they being

acknowledgedly challenging times for both parties ...

my German neighbour said they rather treasured the two-year olds

there, all the sweet things they are beginning to say, being more

independent, and skills they are learning ...they can still be very

very cudddly and need lots of reassurance and hugs. I thought at teh

time it was an interesting way of looking at it. Nevertheless did

find DS's 3rd year quite a strain but had just moved house...

> ie. I'd rather have that than some of the teenage problems!!!
