Same here. All day.

The car hit a puddle on the way to a party this afternoon and I felt it

lose grip/aquaplane. Scary split second (we were going over a bridge

over the M1 at the time) but all was well.

What with that and killing a pigeon yesterday which slammed into my car

where the windscreen meets the roof, perhaps I'd better stay off the

roads for a while!

(BTW, DH was the passenger yesterday when the pigeon hit. I had a car

right up my tail and couldn't brake but was fairly confident we would be

okay. He had already decided it was going to come through the

windscreen so ducked to the side and put his arms over his head. I'm so

glad I was driving!!)
