Guest guest
oh also > sleeping at a moments notice. > LOL! It was when I fell asleep on the floor (for the first time in my life), that I really realised I was expecting DD (bliss thinking about that time - isn't the first preg so wonderful!) - I had a morning only job and used to come home, sit down for a few mins and wake up a couple of hours later! I didn't have morning sickness with the preg, only slight evening nausea, and I feel sure that having accidentally had all those sleeps did contribute to not feeling so revolting. I used to eat masses of raw fruit and veggies and go out of my way for them, almost a craving ... so when started doing that for very unexpected first weeks of pg with DS began to wonder...! Ah yes, the fascinating subject of cravings ... and the lengths to which people have gone to satisfy them ...? Also breastfeeding cravings (Suchard Milka for me, I'm just so relieved they aren't owned by Nestlee at least they weren't 13 yrs ago!) DGP (a lovely mum ) was trying to persuade me onto slightly more sustaining bf cravings! Caro
Guest guest
I had the worst constipation and cramps of my life, starting about 2 days before my period was due. I finally bought a test a week or so later - petrified of what I knew the outcome would be! Over the first 3 months or so, I was exhausted, but didn’t get morning sickness. Sometimes, when eating, I would suddenly feel a bit odd and have to stop eating right then, but it never felt like nausea. Oh, and brushing my teeth made me gag a bit. I was hungry all the time right from the beginning (and won’t mention how much weight I gained by the end of the pregnancy). Phyllis (currently trying for a second, and no symptoms yet, darn!) __________________________________________________
