Actually we've had the book in joint possession (my mum and I) since 1985 - I don't think there is much we haven't tried! The carrot cake is good - and the Luscious Lemon Cake! Haven't tried the Chickpea or the walnut but the Homity Pie is very nice. I lost my paperback copy a few years ago - so I was thrilled to find both in pristine condition at the local Jumble sale! > they are so delicious! Caro [wondering whether you are nomail yet! Trying - but both guys are playing with Joe's new Nintendo so they are out of my hair!!!! > ;-) ] > Chick pea casserole has added advantage of having chopped spinach in > vv good news for preggy ladies ... and hope you are eating a bunch of > parsley a day Mrs Pearce !!!
