Guest guest
I have purposely avoided telling you all of the awful details of my last few months but today I had good (?) news that I just wanted to share. As I briefly mentioned my Op went OK (partially due to all the cyber hugs I'm sure)however I had a few nasty times afterwards and ended up being rushed back in twice with emergencys. My biopsy results showed that the Op had been necessary and I had a major abnormality in the wall of my womb (see previous post - god alone knows how I got my 2 DD's), plus some cancerous cells. Anyway - today I went to see the consultant for my post-operative check-up and he was very pleased. Despite the setbacks I am coping really well, my scars have healed inside and out (thanks for the tips!)and I can drive again - hurrah! I still have to take it reletively easy because of all the other problems but at least I am no longer house bound. When I asked about my next appointment I was told that it really was not necessary - especially now there was nothing left for him to look at!! So. physically it is all over. The only things that still hurt are my head and my heart. Not sure if I'll ever fully get over it, but each day makes me stronger. Thank you all for your support.
