Guest guest
I'm sure you didn't even notice, but we've been away for five days (ish!) at my Dad's, where we met up with Caro Heyworth!! Had a lovely day and a really good giggle. What an excellent forum this is ) Too many messages to wade through them all, but many congratulations, Ruthie! Caro told me the news in my Dad's kitchen - stepmother thought we were mad, shrieking excitement for the engagement of someone we'd never clapped eyes on! Caroline Pearce - I hope you got the drugs issue sorted out. How horrid for you. In a previous life, I lived next door to a house of crack dealers, and so have some extensive experience of all kinds of nasty drug habits - if you think I can help at all, do get in touch. Kirsten, I'm sorry about your mum's dog! I still miss my Mum's dogs dreadfully, and it's about 3 years since Polly was put down, and Lucy was 3 years before that. Mind you, DH has promised that we can have a dog " next year " .....!! And happy birthday, liese Too many other messages, must go and do the laundry instead!! You have clapped eyes on her, in a way, I have posted pics on the web Here's one of them at their engagement party last night. http://www.ruthiepearlman.com/pictures/engagement5.jpg I can't imagine the grief of having a dog put down ...I know I cried buckets when our hamster died. Just a hamster! Ruthie
Guest guest
Well yes... I love the engagement photo - they look so excited!! My stepmother is actually fairly likely to get in touch with you - she's jewish (secular) and has a daughter living in Jerusalem and is very twitchy atm so thought you might be a soul-mate-in-the-making... I gave her your web address, and will let her figure it out from there! Her name's Halse (or Stott, if she's feeling married ) Vicki At 11:43 25/10/01, you wrote: > >Thanks!
