Guest guest
Jenni, my favourite is 1 banana, a few strawberries and some milk all blitzed up together - gorgeous! Guest guest
I could be wrong but I thought they were basically fruit and fruit, all blended together - any type :-). Don't think you need milk - but good to have something with a little bit of 'structure', like banana - otherwise you'll end up with regular juice. How come Mari is vegan and not the rest of the family? Or are you all vegan? Guest guest
Don't these work on the same principle as milkshakes. i.e. any fruit of you fancy, a liquid soya milk/yoghurt or what ever and some ice and whizz. pour into long glass and slurp. Lonnie Phoebe & Eloisa's mama & expecting a Christmas delivery... My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you start. So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake. I feel better already.
