Bit of a gamble...

Wish me luck, I'm flying off to Norway today to take over a Norwegian

summer house we bought over the internet 3 weeks ago!!!!

I can honestly say this is my biggest online purchase to date... and

as we haven't seen it yet I'm just a teeny bit worried. Still, it's

from a reputable agent, and I have a vague idea where it is :-) It's

just a 'hut' really, but should prove a nice escape for the babes and

me in the summer, and it's got a tiny boat place for DH. That's if

it's in reasonable condition and not falling down or anything...

I shall report back at the weekend as to whether we have been

incredibly foolish or incredibly lucky!

Looking forward to hearing about this Karina; will you have a photo

of the view? When I stayed in Sweden one summer there was a whole

area full of these lovely little huts with the most immaculate

gardens, I suppose a bit comparable to some of the beach hut thingys

we have along some beaches in UK (and US I think). V brave of you!
