The last Greenwich and ham branch mag had a feature on baby naming

ceremonies, which included a reference (can't remember if it was to an

individual or organisation). I will try to remember to look it up tonight in

case it is useful.

DW is keener than I on a christening for DD1 so I am interested in evaluating

alternatives myself

You could try the coffee archives - I'm sure it was a thread on here

not that long ago and there were some lovely ideas discussed.

Yes, Liz wrote a beautiful account of the " party " they had for Jude.

The message was posted towards the end of August, because it was just

before my DS3's christening and I would have loved to use some of her

ideas but it was too late!
