Guest guest
Man, this really bites. Day is going along fine, I'm in the shower, and BAM, major crying spell. Compose myself, get dressed. Come out into the family room. Snap at for grabbing stuff off my desk, pushing my trash can, etc. Go back into the bedroom to get myself composed again (I HATE yelling). Dh comes in, he asks if I'm okay, I say yes, and start bawling. I reassure him that I have no idea what's wrong, it wasn't anything he did (which is unusual, usually there's a trigger I can pinpoint, as minor as it is) and sit there and cry for a while. Stop and everything's fine again. I HATE THIS!!!!!!!!! I had to cancel the appointment I had last Monday for some reason, I forget now, but I was doing better, and didn't reschedule. Guess I'll be calling Monday morning. ellen --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Thanks! I appreciate it. Weird, but I'm all better now. Good thing the bad doesn't last too long, but it's frightening when it does happen. ellen Re: OT: Mood swings suck Yes, it sucks. I've had days just like this. I've got a shoulder if you need it.... Guest guest
I agree. Maybe it's time for some counseling...sounds like something is trying to come to the surface.
