Dalton, sensory issues and kittens

This is kind of a funny story.

Yesterday I caught Dalton trying to smuggle the kittens (maybe 4.5 weeks old)

out of the kitchen by stuffing them up his shirt. It was cute.

But something dawned on me and I suddenly feel really bad for the kittens.

These are the extra fluffy sort of kittens. They don't really have long fur, it

is that medium lenght stuff that is really fuzzy.

Remember I told you Dalton had this thing about stuffing? Well, the kittens are

fuzzy like the stuffing that he carries everywhere and tries to shove in

anything he can find, his arm pit, his neck (his favorite spot), his diaper,

whenh he is in a sharing mood, my CDRom for the computer, the VCR, and who knows

what else. Chances are if something in this house doesn't work it is because

Dalton put stuffing in it. He carries around big hunks of stuffing by shoving

them up the shirt that is on his bear (for Christmas I got him a bear at

s and bear clothes for it....he puts the bear clothes on *the bear*.

Well, actually, he makes us put the clothes on his bear.

Anyway, I am not sure how I feel about him exchanging stuffing for little

kittens. I mean, stuffing kittens up his shirt??? What happens when they get

to be full grown cats?

At first I thought that he liked the kittens because they didn't run away being

snobby cats that just don't want to be held (he isn't rough with them) then when

I seen him shove the kitten up his shirt and try to run off with it....and he

had just had stuffing up there....

Oh, and why does he like having his shirts on backwards??
