Guest guest
Congrats from me too. is a summer baby - due 7/7 and decided to show himself on 23/6, so often gets referred to as the midsummer baby!! It was a wonderful time of year - having had two late summer babies and all the hot weather at the end of pregnancy, it was great not being pregnant in the sun for a change. Hope everything continues to go well. Guest guest
Thank you for all the good wishes. I am feeling a lit bit odd today and my stomach is acting up. Hoping it doesn’t mean the imminent appearance of morning sickness, but we’ll see... Yes, Hobbes is a cat - a soft toy tiger, as a matter of fact - but Calvin is named in part for the comic strip Calvin and Hobbes, so... No, we’re not really going to name our next child Hobbes, it’s just a temporary bump name I am hoping that the summer heat will not start until after the baby makes its appearance, but am not looking really looking forward to sponging it down every 5 minutes so it doesn’t overheat while I breastfeed. I’m hoping for a fairly cool and comfortable summer, in other words Anyway, yes, I am thrilled to be pregnant, though it’s a bit sooner than I expected. I guess I’ve been broody for so long now that my body went ahead and got pregnant as soon as we started ‘trying’. A relief, too, I guess. Anyway, I am rambling and I think I need a snack and a nap. Thank you again for your congratulations and well wishes, Phyllis __________________________________________________
