The pubs I frequented? The Original Oak and the Skyrack (near St 's church in Headingly) were my locals. This of course was the era of the Yorkshire Ripper, so our evenings out were in large groups. I have very fond memories of my time (although not of the Ripper episode which was quite frightening at times).
