I roasted mine up this morning and am going back for

handfuls, too. I only put a little oil in the bottom of the

pan and not much salt. I never used to like pumpkin seeds

when I was a kid or even as recently as a few years ago,

but am really enjoying them today. Changing tastes, I

guess.

And Karina: it's not 'cheating' to only take out the goo

and not scrape out all the 'flesh' of the pumpkin. That's

how we always did it when we were kids. I guess it made

carving 5 or 6 pumpkins (one per child who was doing it) a

bit easier to supervise for my mom.

We even had some trick-or-treaters last noight and we had

none at all last year. I had only bought 10 lollies and

they were gone in about 30 minutes, so I felt a little bad

for the ones who came later...
