Recovery from sleep deprivation, was the other thing..

I remember being a bit shocked when my (v nice, mother of 3) GP

suggested it might take about six months to recover from the traumas

of sleepless nights over about 3 years plus a few bereavements, but I

think she was primarily talking just about the sleep deprivation.

Which is maybe why we often still feel like dwu after just one decent

night's sleep....

(dwu = death warmed up - also the history teacher's 'name' at my

school)
