I'm a company secretary for DHs company and I do absolutely Nothing!! The

accountant does everything and once a year I have to sign a bit of paper - I

only remember this because the stuff came through yesterday.

Same here - although Dh occasionally makes me fold up

invoices to put into window envelopes as he just can't work out

how to do them!

Oh and I sometimes buy books of stamps.

Phew! Some other company secretaries who don't do diddly! I

am the sec for my DH's company and I don't even remember

signing anything since the original paper that I had to

sign to say I would do it.

I do type up and/or edit lots of the things he writes as

well (on top of being French, he is an atrocious speller

and apparently thinks that spellcheck is for wimps).

I suppose I'm still responsible anyway... Sigh...
