Guest guest
Hannah and Kate How did she know I had taken off my shoes!! Shoes back on - I have decided on a system whereby I don't delete the email until I have done the task - clever I hear you say - in two weeks when I have got 400 emails I won't be saying this. However - also inspired to do ironing pile - and managed a hot spot - feeling pretty smug now - off for a glass of water! Chris

I have just been to the site and had a browse around. The really scary thing is that I do a lot of her routine stuff already - always lay the breakfast table and make the packed lunches before going to bed and put a pile of stuff needed for the next day by the front door, write myself a to do list at the beginning of each day, tidy up all the toys and the kitchen at the end of each day etc. And my house is *still* like a bombsite. Its amazing how quickly I can do it if put my mind to it. Off for a nice hot bubble bath now with red wine and candles. Kate P.S showed DH site-he thought bit about not spending too much time on computer amusing

Often makes comments (jokey) about mums' feel good factor whilst children are.. Better go off and make sandwiches whilst finishing off shining the sink (took me 2 hours as had to wash up and clear before could start all that soaking with bleach business and then cleaned all the windows as well) BTW - anyone American - is American bleach the same strength as ours? Guest guest
No it's not - it's much weaker. It's mainly used as a laundry additive and quite OK to add it to coloureds! Guest guest
I have not got round to shining sink yet-I'm working up to it though. Was worried I might burn out after frenzied de-cluttering yesterday so had day out today with friend Christmas shopping-it was bliss (even with 3 toddlers between us!), and went out for tea tonight to celebrate DH's birthday to a family restaurant-consequently done no housework but had a lovely day Kate Re: cleaning and Flylady > Kate said: > > P.S showed DH site-he thought bit about not spending too much time > on computer amusing > > LOL - my DH thinks that being on coffee is tantamount to child > neglect!!!
