just to show that I have the odd housewifely tip - the way to remove lily

pollen is to use a piece of selotape - dab the pollen with the sticky side.

If you let water anywhere near it the pollen stains really badly.

P.S. am I a complete whimp beacuse I daren't even look at this houseworky

website? the thought of emails telling what I need to do round the house

fills me with horror, I have enough emails from NCT people with things I

should have done days ago with out any more 'to do's ' arriving round the

clock!

Thank you!!!

My feeling entirely... babes are finally finally in bed, I have

emptied the dishwasher as MIL is staying and the mountains next to

dishwasher were getting embarassing, and I am trying to catch up on

all these coffee e-mails (a LOT in the last few days, no?).

Am very scared of Flylady.

She might tell me to stop spending time on yahoogroups and do all

sorts of other scary tiring household things.

Don't be scared of her, do what I have done which is join up, and then ignore

her. The only difference she has made to my life is a serious session of

deleting a couple of times a day. Off to unsub in a mo.

Yes, she does!! LOL!! But actually, I find it helpful to have a

virtual restraining hand put out to stop me " just having a little

check " on the NCT Coffee site - as it always turns into 1/2 hour!! I

have de-cluttered (and put everything away/in the bin) my kitchen and

dining room, shined the sink, cleared the hall table, tidyed DS's and

my bedroom, done the vacuuming, done the washing and got it dry,

bathed DS and washed his hair, made a cake and cleared up generally

upstairs and downstairs over the last three days, and it was

genuinely easy and satisfying for the first time in years! Even DS

has noticed, shock, horror! And NCT Coffee is still here waiting for

me in the evening when I have some " me " time too.

I haven't had one E-Mail from Flylady yet, I have just studied the

site instructions and started to use them where I can.
