Can't stand eating this one in sandwiches - but it makes a great ingredient for cooking. Spinach and vegan cheese pasties in particular! Custard made with soya milk (and Birds custard powder, being vegan too) is a great favourite of mine as well (and I can say I'm getting my intake of phyto-oestrogens and its therefore 'healthy eating'!).
