The yuk yuk one that comes in rounds and can be cheddar, chive or mozzarella

flavour - but Mari likes it! - the mozzarella flavour is the only one I find

vaguely palatable. Was given a sample of a really good one though, comes

packaged in slices and is excellent toasted!! I'll find out what it's

called and let you know :)

Can't stand eating this one in sandwiches - but it makes a great

ingredient for cooking. Spinach and vegan cheese pasties in particular!

Custard made with soya milk (and Birds custard powder, being vegan too)

is a great favourite of mine as well (and I can say I'm getting my

intake of phyto-oestrogens and its therefore 'healthy eating'!).

I'm going to the kitchen now :)
