Basically I decided to 'shine my sink' at 9pm on friday (full 1 hour bleach

job)-madness I know

However when I went back to check it , all water (full of bleach) had

disappeared

and was on floor and in cupboard under sink !!I was mortified.Seals and screw

keeping

down pipe attached had dissolved and fractured,spilling mess everywhere.I

thought

bleach had done it,but DH said it had probably been ready to go for ages,I just

tipped the

balance.Took me 2 hours to clean up the mess!!!!!

Dh has managed to repair it after trip to plumbers merchant-PHEW!

Otherwise would have meant a plumber!

Happy ending-now have lovely shiny fixed sink,and reorganised under sink

cupboards.
