The idiot is going to work at an oil refinery in Southern Iraq for six months.

He'll live in Kuwait at a camp.

He's not in the service. He's a freaking engineer. He doesn't have to go. He

WANTS to.

Why doesn't he just jump off a bridge somewhere if he wants to kill himself?

He's also a single father of three. My mom and dad get to stay with his kids

while he's gone. They are hellions! What if he doesn't come back? My parents are

70 and 75 years old.

He is probably getting paid pretty well for what he is going to be doing

over there.

I know that the engineers in Chris's field get paid two and three times what

makes for going anywhere overseas to work for a year. Iran/Iraq

assignments have always paid on the high end of things. Right now if Chris

wanted to go to Germany for a year he could make $150,000 for that year,

that is almost three times what he makes now. The catch is you can't take

your family with you.
