Once the orange juice was eliminated the sore bum went as well. So look at his diet as well as washing powder etc. Trisha SAHM to 3 boys Jack 8, 6 and Isaac
Guest guest
DS will kill me for posting this when he is 18 but he has sore bum cheeks and I cannot get my head around what has caused it or what to do to get rid of it! He has been out of nappies for 2 months so it isn't nappy rash, although that is what it looks like in two big round patches on each cheek where he sits down. He has started complaining that it is sore and believe it or not asking for it to be kissed better. Poor thing can't understand why I will kiss his knees but not his bottom! LOL. I have used Sudo cream and sat him on a big fluffy jumper (for softness). I am beginning to wonder if it is carpet burn!!! and what can you do for that? Any ideas? It eventually just went away. I think kissing it better is OK.
