Banana Nut 750g Loaf

1 cup = 8 oz

*Grease bread tin at start

3/4 Cup Light brown sugar

1 cup mashed bananas

1/2 cup full fat fresh milk

1 medium egg (beaten)

2 cups plain white flour (not bread flour)

1/2 cup wholemeal flour

4 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 Nuts - ( I usually omit or use sultanas instead)

Chuck in wet ingredients first, then dry - on my breadmaker the programme is

Hannah posted the recipe for Banana bread and it sounds delicious. Just

shared the recipe with Isaac's godfather - his breadmaker is still a new toy

he only bought it last week. He agrees it sounds lovely.
