Insomnia, again

4.28 am.

I've been twisting and turning for 2hrs now so have given up. DS is

for a change sleeping like a baby - aaarrgghh - I don't believe it!

Such a waste to be awake when everyone else is sleeping! Last night I

was up 5 times with the two of them and dying to go back to sleep -

now sitting here with a cup of warm milk and honey and hoping those

alphawaves will return.

Just hope DH wont suddenly appear with a baseball bat (come to think

of it I don't think we have one), as he usually takes me for a

burglar if he meets me up in the middle of the night. (Usually this

takes the form of jumping at me with hands around my throat when I

try to get back into bed - but then he usually sleeps really deeply

and operates on instinct when he sees a shadow by the bed LOL).

Oh dear, this is very sleep-inducing I think. Perhaps shall try a

boring book instead...
