Guest guest
What about getting DH to treat you to an image analysis session. By this, I don't just mean your " colours " , but body shape, lifestyle etc. I had this done a few years ago, when I was going through a particularly dowdy phase. The lady did my colours, but also analysed by body shape and suggested the most flattering styles. She went through my wardrobe and pared it down - she was able to identify immediately those clothes that I never wore because they didn't suit. I then told her about the sort of clothes I was looking for e.g. back to work, SAH, etc., and she went out and came back with a list of suggested items that I might want to buy. She also looked at things like accessorising and make up. I still follow her advice and it still works. You have to be prepared for some " criticisms " , but it was worth it. It cost me 75 quid - but, I'm glad I did it. Debbie Slater Perth, WA
Guest guest
Thanks to Kate and the Designer Outlet and GAP I now have a lovely new pair of jeans to replace the 10 year old pair stained beyond belief. Thank you so much - I'll look great at the NCT Early Birds stand at the Health Centre tonight. Guest guest
Sounds fun.... ;-) Did you have yours done in the UK, Debbie? I've only seen " colour " ones - all my friends did them in Norway in teh 90s and ended up being told they were " summer " , " autumn " etc. So they got a " chart " with colours to pick from, but it didn't make much difference to them. Yours sounds much more involved and much more directly helpful, where did you find it? Karina > What about getting DH to treat you to an image analysis session.
