How did you guess? A combination of the 2. I have only agreed to

stay on as Chair temporarily - I have said that we need to have

specific roles allocated to the major jobs (or chairs of sub

committees) and that I will act in a more non-exec director role! ie

I will oversee but I cannot possibly take on the amount of work I

have had in the last year. We got a new treasurer and new membership

sec though which is great - both new members to the committee. We

are still looking for a bookings clerk as well - will keep you

updated (not sure if we can persuade Lesley to stay on if it is for

our branch only - rather than the 3 she currently does!!) We will

have an EGM in Feb to decide all the other newly created roles - plus

Sec, Vice Chair, Publicity etc.

When is yours?

We had ours as a shared supper - 20 attendees!
