linseed, almonds etc

HI all

After reading about that lady with 3 cf kids who became a naturopath I have put

Liam onto more linseed, almonds, sunflowers, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts etc. My

question is I use it in his breakfast and lunch and dinner, is that too much??

I probably give him 2 tablespoons in each meal of the combined

He is 9 months old
