Guest guest
There's no ephedra in the kids stuff. It is in some of the teas and in one of the tablets for weight loss. The amounts of ephedra that are in the Herbalife stuff are not high. the diet pills that everyone heard about had very very high amounts of ephedra. the Herbalife stuff had something like 2% of what those others had. but they do offer a no ephedra alternative for that one tablet that has some for people who have concerns about taking any ephedra. I'm not sure if they have the no ephedra teas or even if it is in all of them. I only have used one of the teas- it did have some. Re: / Herbalife Check ingredients carefully.
